This Ministerial Decree establishes that budgetary subsidies of agricultural commodities shall be granted from the national budget. Budgetary subsidies shall be destined for covering 50 percent of costs for introduction and certification of international standards at the enterprises of agro-industrial complex. Clients that intend access to budgetary subsidies shall submit application in accordance with Annex 1.
