This Ministerial Decree establishes that the Ministry of Environmental Protection shall be the authorized state institution entrusted with the issuance of licences for the following activities: (a) environmental protection projecting and rate setting; (b) Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA); and (c) environmental audit. The applicant shall submit the following documentation: (a) application; (b) notarized copy and certificate of state registration of the applicant as legal person (for legal persons); (c) copy of personal identification document (for natural persons); (d) certified copy of registration at tax authority; (e) certificate attesting payment of licensing fees and dues; (f) accreditation certificate attesting also availability of required equipment; and (g) qualification certificate of staff members.
