The present Regulations enact the Beverage Containers Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the recycling of beverage containers. The text - consisting of 8 sections – deals with the following: requirement to file a return and make remission on a monthly basis, returns and remissions made on request of provincial treasurer, books and records, preservation and destruction, interest rate and refunds.
