The Act lays down provisions relating to waste management. For the purpose of the present Act “Corporation” means the Interim Waste Authority Ltd. Section 2 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that the Corporation is continued under the Business Corporations Act and is a Crown agency within the meaning of the Crown Agency Act. 1992.
