Commission Decision 2010/467/EU amending Decision 2007/365/EC as regards the susceptible plants and the measures to be taken in cases where Rhynchophorus ferrugineus (Olivier) is detected.

These provisions lay down some amendments to Decision 2007/365/EC emergency measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Community of Rhynchophorus ferrugineus (Olivier). The amendments deal with: the definition of susceptible plants; surveys and notifications; and eradication measures, demarcated areas and action plans.
