The present Law lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees concerning hunting rights. The text – consisting of 9 articles – deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: assessment basis and amount of fees, persons liable to pay fees, duty to register and notify, participation of competent authority, penalties, entry into force and repeal.
