Act containing rules on public waterworks under the supervision of the State (Act Administration of State Waterworks).

This Act makes provision for the protection, efficient use and safe use of waterworks administered by State authorities. Use of such waterworks requires special authorization of the Minister, who may prohibit access to them. Damage to waterworks shall be repaired in accordance with this Act.
