Act on the implementation of EU regulations on EU-protected varieties (No. 301 of 1995).

This Act consists of 3 articles and addresses the necessary precautions to be implemented with regard to EU regulations on food variety protection. The Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries may apply penalties for violation of these regulations in compliance with the Local Government Act.
