The aim of this Resolution is to protect the environment and prevent from pollution. The Ministry of Environment has the authority to give the licences of environmental compliance for the establishment of firms roasting coffee beans, seeds and nuts. The Resolution defines the environmental pollutants resulting from this manufacture. It defines also the environmental conditions required to obtain the licence such as the good management of water, liquid waste and noise pollution. Other general conditions are listed in the text comprising fire-fighting and workers protection. The Resolution concludes with 3 graphs illustrating the roasting steps of the different seeds and the waste resulting from this process.
