International Trade in Endangered Species (Permit, Certificate, Registration and Fees) Regulations, 2009.
These Regulations prescribe the form, duration, terms, conditions, restrictions of, and fees for, any licence, permit, certificate or registration necessary for the import or export and captive breeding of scheduled species.
