These Regulations amend the Climate Change (Eligible Industrial Activities) Regulations, 2010. The amendments include: the insertion of a new definition to regulation 3; the addition of two new regulations 23 and 24 which prescribe an additional set of eligible industrial activities and their emissions' intensity, their products, and their allocative baselines; and the addition of new items to the Schedule.
