Executive Decree No. 57/2008 on Oil Transport Security.

This Executive Decree is composed of four articles and one Annex. The Annex, composed of four Chapters, provides for the Regulation on Oil Transport, with the aim to improve safety standards. It also defines sanctions for non-compliance with the provisions set therein.
