The present Act establishes as of 1 January 2011 a special fund called «Energy and Climate Change Fund». Article 1 establishes that the Fund promotes an environmentally sustainable, reliable and payable energy production. Following sectors shall be financed, inter alia: renewable energy, national climate protection, international climate and environment protection.
