This Law places restrictions on the placing and use of traps for animals. It defines offences in this respect. The Minister may, by Order, approve traps of a prescribed type, and may subject the approval to conditions as to the animals for which and the circumstances in which a trap may be used. The Law also provides for the licensing of the use, the sale or exposure or offer for sale or the possession of a traps and for inspection.
