The present Regulation designates which weeds are to be considered restricted weeds, noxious weeds or nuisance weeds. The Regulation also contains, in its Schedules, the forms necessary for weed control under the Weed Control Act. The text consists of 19 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: Seed-cleaning facility licences and notice to move a seed-cleaning facility (1); Designation of weeds (2); Appeal of inspector’s notice, local authority’s notice or debt recovery notice (3); Other matters (4).
