Community Provisions (Mortality in Oysters) (Amendment) (Jersey) Regulations 2010
These Regulations amend the Community Provisions (Mortality in Oysters) (Jersey) Regulations 2010 by deleting regulation 11(3) which limited the staying in force of the principal Regulations to 1 January 2011.
