The present Regulation enacts the Forest Health Protection Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to planting, prunninig and treatment of trees and other woody plants. Section 2 establishes that no person shall act as an arborist unless he or she holds a valid licence issued under this Regulation.
