The purpose of this Decree is to provide for matters delegated by the Nuclear Safety Act and matters necessary for the enforcement thereof. The text consists of 178 articles. The Act further provides for: state-run mining businesses; use and expropriation of land; compensation for mining damages; offences and penalties; etc.
