Commission Regulation (EU) No. 137/2011 amending Regulation (EC) No. 2003/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to fertilisers for the purposes of adapting Annexes I and IV thereto to technical progress.

These provisions supplement Annexes I and IV to Regulation (EC) No. 2003/2003 concerning fertilizers by inserting the new entries specified in Annexes I and II.
