Ministerial Joint Decree No. 135/2004 amending article 33 (Annex IV) of the Food Code in accordance with Council Directive 2003/52/EC.

The Decree approves the Supreme Chemistry Council’s Decision by which the Annex (VI) to article 33, dealing with food additives, is amended as regards the conditions of use for a food additive (E 425 konjac), in compliance with European Directive 2003/52/EC.
