Decree No. 1548 of 2009 containing transitional provisions for the handling in relation with the entry into force of the new Act relative to navigable waters and ports.

This Decree provides transitional provisions for applications for measures received by the Coast Protection Agency or municipalities in accordance with the old Act relative to navigable waters and ports of 1984 as revoked by the Act relative to navigable waters and ports of 2009.
