This Law provides for the imposition and collection of wastewater charges specified in the Schedule for each property and by each person as defined by this Law. The Law also provides for appeal against charges and sets out the purposes (i.e. operation of the sewerage system and funding of investigations into wastewater treatment) for which charges shall be used by the States of Guernsey Public Services Department.
