This Act establishes the Agricultural Development Fund, defines its objectives and provides for administration of the Fund and use of its resources. The Fund shall provide loans or grants to state organizations or private persons for purposes of agricultural development as specified. The Fund shall finance, by way of loans, grant, procurement, investment or other funding, means for the development of agriculture. The Fund shall be administered by the Co-operative and Rural Development Bank.
