The present Law lays down provisions relating to improvements in agricultural activities in the Canton of Graubünden. Article 1 establishes that improvements are measures, works and agricultural buildings having the purpose to maintain or increase the productivity of the soil, to facilitate its management or to protect the soil against destruction or destruction by natural disasters.
