The provisions of this Ministerial Decree, hereinafter referred to as Port Regulation of Alexandroupolis port, govern matters relating to the navigation and vessel traffic, the arrangement of operational issues and the rendering of port services. Chapter 38 deal with fisheries within the port. Articles 231-256 set forth prohibitions of fishing, regulation of fishing vessels navigation, underwater fishing.
