Water Use and Water Supply Ordinance.

The present Ordinance implements the Water Use and Water Supply Law of 20 January 2003. Article 2 establishes that the Executive Council of the Canton Lucerne is the competent authority for the implementation of the aforementioned Law. The text consists of 19 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Use of water (II); Supply with water (III); Execution (IV); Final provisions (V).
