Heritage Committee Ordinance, 1994.

This Ordinance transfers powers, rights and duties of the States Ancient Monuments Committee or and President to the States Heritage Committee or (as the case may be) its President. Section 32(1) of the Wreck and Salvage (Vessels and Aircraft) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1986 is amended in this respect.
