This Ordinance implements provisions of the Land Planning and Development (Guernsey) Law, 2005 and changes section 48(4) of that Law. The Ordinance concerns contents of challenge notices and compliance notices made under the Law and restriction on an interim compliance notice in respect of activities that it may prohibit.
