Environmental Pollution (Waste Control and Disposal)(Fees) (Amendment) Regulations, 2011 (G.S.I. No. 21 of 2011).

These Regulations amend the Environmental Pollution Waste Control and Disposal) (Fees) Regulations, 2010, in relation with a fee to accompany applications in relation to prescribed operations other than a waste transport operations and the annual licence fee for prescribed operations other than waste transport operations.
