Commission Decision 2011/389/EU on the Union-wide quantity of allowances referred to in Article 3e(3)(a) to (d) of Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a scheme for greenhouse gas emission allowances trading within the Community.

This Decision fixes the total quantity of allowances to be provided within the European Union relating to the periods specified in articles 1 and 2.
