The present Ordinance enforces the Law on the use of waters of 7 October 2002. In particular, the Ordinance sets out in details the competent authorities in the Canton responsible for the enforcement of the aforementioned Cantonal Law. The text – consisting of 13 articles – deals with the following aspects: competent authorities, concession, content of application form, publications, penalties and entry into force.
