Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 657/2011 amending Regulation (EU) No. 297/2011 imposing special conditions governing the import of feed and food originating in or consigned from Japan following the accident at the Fukushima nuclear power station.

This Regulation amends Regulation (EU) No. 297/2011 as regards the attestation that must accompany each consignment of food or feed products from Japan. Annex I (which lays down the model declaration for the importation into the European Union of those products) is replaced by the Annex to this Regulation.
