These Rules apply to the processing and handling of abalone, rock lobster and giant crab. The Rules set out restrictions on holders of fish processing licences for the possession, transportation and storage of abalone, rock lobster and giant crab. The Rules further provide for: movement reports; commercial quota dockets; receipt and dispatch dockets; records related to the handling and processing of fish; offences and penalties.
