This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of abrogation of legislative acts of the regional executive bodies in the sphere of forest management and determines grounds for abrogation. Federal Forest Agency shall carry out supervision over legal regulation of the issues related to plenary powers in the sphere of forest management transferred thereto by the Government of the Russian Federation. Each regional legislative act shall be subject to compulsory validation by the Federal Forest Agency if at least one of the issues contained therein regards plenary powers in the sphere of forest management transferred thereto by the Government of the Russian Federation.
