Commission Directive 2010/7/EU amending Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council to include magnesium phosphide releasing phosphine as an active substance in Annex I thereto.

This Directive amends Annex I to Directive 98/8/EC by including magnesium phosphide releasing phosphine as an active substance in the list thereto.
