Decree implementing Directive 2010/7/EU amending Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council to include magnesium phosphide releasing phosphine as an active substance in Annex I thereto.
This Decree amends the Annex to Legislative Decree No. 174 of 2000 which lays down the list of admitted active substances in biocidal products. The Annex is amended by including magnesium phosphide releasing phosphine.
