This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of collection and processing of data contained in energy performance certificates and reporting on energy efficiency. The Ministry of Energy shall carry out: (a) registration of energy performance certificates compiled by results of compulsory and voluntary energy inspections; (b) analyze obtained data for compliance with energy saving and energy efficiency criteria; and (c) for electronic database of energy performance certificates. Energy performance certificate data shall be analyzed according to the following criteria: (a) availability of energy expenditure calculators; (b) amount of utilized energy resource and its variation; (c) amount of losses of transferred energy; (d) energy saving potential; (e) energy saving arrangements; and (f) use of secondary energy resources and renewable energy.
