These Regulations provide for: the registration and operation of vessels; the implementation of certain international conventions relating to the operation of vessels; marine infringements; the payment of fees to the Director; offences and penalties; operator licences in respect of regulated recreational vessels; and endorsements on operator licences in respect of personal watercraft.
