Ministerial Decree No. 286009 establishing complementary provisions for the implementation of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1673/2004 laying down the marketing standard applicable to kiwifruit.

With the present Decree are determined the necessary complementary measures to be taken for the implementation of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1673/2004 regarding the marketing standards applicable to kiwifruit. The Degree sets forth the technical specifications and the minimal requirements of maturation of kiwis during harvest and disposal on the market.
