This Ordinance concerns sewerage and drainage works in Jamestown. All drainage works shall be carried out, managed and supervised by the Drainage Authority (i.e. the Council Committee for the time being having responsibility for the subject matter of this Ordinance) which shall be responsible directly to the Governor. The Ordinance also concerns dry refuse, which shall be removed from premises by other means than water carriage.
