National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act: Amendments to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) Regulations (No. R. 575 of 2011).

These Regulations amend the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) Regulations in relation with, among other things: the power of the Minister to issue import and export permits or certificates; applications for such permits or certificates; and fees for such permits and certificates.
