This Regulation, consisting of 45 sections divided into seven Parts, implements provisions of the South East Queensland Water (Restructuring) Act. The Regulation prescribes relevant water entities and provides for the transfer of assets and liabilities from one water entity to another. The Regulation is completed by one Schedule on the dictionary.
