This Decree lays down provisions concerning the delimitation, management and protection of the marine area Cinque Terre. Article 5 specifies those activities which shall be prohibited, such as navigation, fishing and capture of marine living resources. Article 6 concerns the subdivision of the marine area into specific zones and lays down rules concerning those activities which may be carried out within the marine area.
