The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to certain requirements under the common agricultural policy. The Ordinance consists of 6 articles as follows: Assessment of permanent grassland (1); Conservation of permanent grassland (2); Exceptions (3); Assessment of erosion threat (4); Different requirements (5); Transfer of data (6). Two Annexes are enclosed.
