Decree-Law n. 61/93/M regulating maritime crew certification for residents in Macau.
This Decree-Law provides for resident fishing vessels' maritime licensing. It consists of 3 articles and 5 annexes establishing all requirements, dispositions and regulations to obtain a vessel certification.
