Thüringen Ordinance on establishing competences under the Federal Mining Act and Mineral Deposit Act and transfer of powers.

The present Ordinance implements the Federal Mining Act of 13 August 1980 (BGBl. I p. 1310) and the Mineral Deposit Act of 4 December 1934 (RGBI. I p. 1223). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to competences and authorizations in the field of mining transferred to authorities in Thüringen.
