The present Ordinance implements article 7 of the Thüringen Nature Protection Law of 28 January 1993. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the collection of compensatory levies for services carried out by competent authorities in the field of nature protection. The text consists of 6 articles and 2 Annexes.
