This Ministerial Decree establishes technical norms of emissions to the environment in the process of manufacturing of ferroalloys. It shall be applicable to processes using the best available practices and technologies and ensuring protection of human life, health and environment, and also rational use of natural resources. Only ferroalloys processing facilities complying with the established emission standards can be located on the national territory. Discharge of industrial waste water without prior treatment to the main sewerage system in the course of ferroalloys manufacturing process shall be prohibited.
