Ministerial Joint Decree No. 120438 as regards the maximum residue levels of diquat in and on certain products of plant origin, in compliance with Commission Directive 2006/9/EC.

The Decree gives effect, with respect to fixing of maximum residue levels for pesticides in and on certain products of plant origin, to Commission Directive 2006/9/EC and provides for the following amendments of the current Greek legislation regarding MRLs: Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 is amended as follows: a) in Annex I, group ‘4. Oilseeds’, the entry ‘Hemp seed’ is inserted between the entries ‘Cotton seed’ and ‘Others’; b) the maximum residue levels for diquat, as shown in the Table attached to article 2 to this Decree, shall replace those in Annex II.
