This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of licensing of extinguishment of forest fires by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs. Licensing authority for the extinguishment of forest fires shall be Federal Forest Agency. Licensing requirement shall be availability of facilities, technical equipment and qualified staff. Issuance, re-issuance and renewal of licence shall require payment of state licensing fees.
